The lack of zinc, folic acid, iron, B vitamins from red meat are known to significantly impact on the hormone levels of females. Zinc affects the general mood and is beneficial in stabilizing the hormones that act with respect to female lack of sex drive. Women who are experiencing lack of sex drive should take a close look at their zinc dietary intake.
